# Shipping, Returns, and Warranty

## Warranty
Our current policy provides a 3-year warranty for dragon boat paddles and a 1-year warranty for all other products, measured from the original purchase date. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, not damage caused by use, impact, contact with a boat or another paddle, normal wear, misuse, poor handling, or transportation.
Keep your proof of purchase. We review claims individually and may request the order number, product photos, and a description of the issue.
Warranty claims in the USA require a USD 25 handling fee. International warranty claims require a USD 50 handling fee, or you may contact the local dealer where the product was purchased.
## Returns and Exchanges
For USA orders, we accept returns and exchanges of unused items purchased through Hornetwatersports.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in the original box or packaging with tags if applicable.
All returns require a Return Authorization. Contact `info@hornetwatersports.com` with your order number and return details before sending anything back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and valid tracking. Refunds are applied to the original payment method for merchandise only. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and clearance items are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international purchases.
## Shipping
We ship in-stock orders by USPS or UPS within 1 to 2 business days after receipt. Orders ship Monday through Friday, and orders received on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day.
Contact `info@hornetwatersports.com` within 24 hours to request an order change. We will do our best to accommodate the request, and express shipping is available upon request.
